Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Intern CMMI Shift Time: 11Am to 8PM Work Mode: 5days office Location: Hinjewadi/ Baner Passing year: 2024 to 26 Stipend+ PPO : Paid Position Overview We are seeking a motivated SQA Intern to support Software Quality Assurance activities aligned with CMMI processes. The intern will assist in ensuring adherence to defined organizational procedures, process compliance, documentation standards, audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Assist in monitoring compliance with organizational processes and standards. Support execution of process and project audits as per SQA guidelines. Review project artifacts for adherence to defined templates and procedures. Help track non-conformances (NCs) and follow up on corrective actions. Assist in collecting and analyzing quality metrics. Maintain SQA records, audit findings, and compliance reports. Support implementation and monitoring of CMMI process areas. Participate in process improvement initiatives and lessons-learned activities. Coordinate with project teams to ensure process adherence. Support documentation for internal and external assessments. Required Qualifications BE (IT, Computer Engineering) or MCA Basic understanding of SDLC and software development processes. Familiarity with quality concepts and process standards. Strong analytical and documentation skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Preferred Skills Basic understanding of CMMI concepts. Knowledge of process audits and compliance activities. Experience with documentation and reporting tools. Knowledge of quality metrics and process improvement concepts.
