About the role
Roles and Responsibilities Design and analyze structural systems, including bridges, retaining walls, culverts, box culverts, highways projects, road construction, road works, bitumen applications, and highway construction. Conduct site visits to inspect existing structures and identify potential issues or defects. Develop detailed designs for new structures or modifications to existing ones using software such as STAAD Pro or similar tools. Collaborate with other engineers and project managers to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Prepare reports on project progress and results. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on roads & highways infrastructure development. Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in relevant field (e.g., Civil Engineering). Proficiency in STAAD Pro software; knowledge of Bitumen application techniques preferred.
