Production Support Engineer

As a Production Support role in the banking domain with Futurz Staffing Solutions, your key responsibilities will include: - Providing 247 support for production systems - Utilizing your skills in SQL and Unix to troubleshoot and resolve issues - Ensuring adherence to SLAs for system uptime and performance To qualify for this role, you should: - Have experience working in a similar production support role - Possess strong knowledge of SQL and Unix - Demonstrate familiarity with the banking domain - Be willing to work in a 247 support environment - Be located in Chennai and able to work from the office from day one Please note that as an immediate joiner, you will initially be on the payroll of Futurz Staffing Solutions.
