Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with 46 years of experience in the real estate/construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing residential and commercial construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites. Monitor project progress and ensure completion within timelines. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards. Prepare BOQ, estimate quantities, and monitor material consumption. Verify contractor bills and maintain project documentation. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements. Resolve technical issues at the site and provide engineering solutions. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports. Required Skills Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, and structural works. Experience in residential and commercial real estate projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project (preferred). Good understanding of BOQ, billing, estimation, and quality control. Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines. Qualification B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering. 46 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry.
