MERN Stack Developer

As a Software Engineer Trainee at G7 CR Technologies India Pvt Ltd, you will be part of a dynamic team specializing in software development, cloud transformation, product engineering, and AI-driven solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on modern web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications, writing clean and efficient code, and collaborating with team members to deliver results within timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Design, Develop, and maintenance of full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). - Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code following standard development practices. - Learn and apply concepts of RESTful APIs, state management, and asynchronous programming. - Collaborate with team members to understand requirements, propose solutions, and deliver results within timelines. - Participate in code reviews and continuously improve code quality. - Troubleshoot issues, debug applications, and contribute to performance enhancements. - Stay updated with emerging web technologies and best practices. - Take ownership of assigned modules or features with minimal supervision. - Demonstrate curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools, frameworks, and concepts. Required Skills & Knowledge: - Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. - Basic familiarity with React.js components, props, state, hooks. - Understanding of Node.js and Express.js for backend development. - Knowledge of MongoDB schema design, CRUD operations. - Understanding of REST APIs and JSON-based communication. - Basic knowledge of Git for version control. - Familiarity with package managers (npm/yarn) and Postman/Thunder Client for API testing. Additional Advantage (Good to Have): - Exposure to TypeScript, NestJs, Redux. - Awareness of deployment processes (e.g., Vercel, Render, AWS/Azure basics). - Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
