• Experienced QA Analyst with minimum 3 years of relevant experience • Experience with Salesforce manual and Automated Test Framework (ATF) preferred. • 3+ years of client engagement experience within a large government environment/entity • 3+ years of QA experience for various system platforms • Experience writing test cases • Strong written comprehension and verbal skills • Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Experience Cloud and customer/partner portal solutions
