Role Description The Product Manager AI Workflows will be responsible for defining, building, and optimizing AI-driven workflow solutions that align with customer needs and Gadiels service offerings. This full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad involves managing the product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering through design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with engineering, data science, and operations teams, translating business requirements into clear product specifications, and prioritizing features using data-driven insights. The Product Manager will conduct market and competitive analysis, engage with customers and internal stakeholders to validate concepts, and ensure seamless integration of AI workflows with existing IT, networking, AV, and security solutions. The role also includes monitoring product performance, overseeing documentation and training materials, and supporting sales and presales teams with product knowledge and demonstrations. Qualifications Product management skills including roadmap planning, requirements definition, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.Experience with AI/ML workflows, automation, and data-driven decision-making, preferably in IT services or systems integration environments.Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, AV systems, and security solutions, with the ability to align AI workflows to these domains.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills, including the ability to interpret metrics and user feedback to drive improvements.Clear written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing product documentation, user stories, and training materials.Background in agile or iterative development methodologies and familiarity with collaboration tools and CRM or ticketing systems.Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or product management certification is an advantage.Proven ability to work on-site with technical and operational teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver outcomes within defined timelines.Prior experience in B2B technology products, system integration, or managed services is highly beneficial.
