Works directly with the business team to identify business needs and requirements, scope work effort, develops and implements solutions, and supports business process changes 2. Effectively builds and maintains internal customer and peer relationships to support effective implementations 3. Ensures that the new functionalities and implementations, including configuration changes, are setup and migrated to production following established release management processes 4. Provides production support for related Oracle application modules and other operational processes, manages incidents, and takes ownership to resolve issues. Preferred candidate profile 1. Bachelor degree (BE/BTech/B.sc/BCA) Masters (ME/MTech/M.Sc/MCA) in Computer Science related field and/or equivalent years of experience in the required technology 2. Experience in OTM On-Prem to Cloud migrations 3. Provides functional and technical guidance and business functional consultation to internal and external developers on the overall OTM solution approach, including functional validation of the approach during solution fit gap 4. Good Knowledge on writing Custom reports, Stylesheet 5. Good Knowledge on on-boarding carriers, setting up portal, EDI flow 6. Experience in Integration design, Mapping OTM with Other applications 7. Effectively build and Plan OTM scenarios such as Multi stop/leg, Consolidation/Deconsolidation pooling, X-dock etc. 8. Knowledge on OTM performance Tuning, Agents coding using PL/SQL, Log analysis, OTM Mobile flow. General Skills Required: 1. Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and Leadership skills. 2. Being creative, driving innovation and bringing value 3. Able to adopt to work environment, changes, challenges and setbacks 4. Able to effectively collaborate with internal and external team 5. Should be open to travel frequently within/outside country/base location
