About the role
Required Skills: 6+ years of experience in CRM application development and support. Proven handson experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM). Strong development experience with C#.NET and JavaScript. Experience developing Power Apps for CRM extensions. Experience creating and managing Power Automate (Flows). Experience developing Power BI reports using CRM data. Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 workflows, configurations, and customization techniques. Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems and applications. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problemsolving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a large, matrixed enterprise environment.
