Head Production Planning and Control

Responsibilities Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual production plans aligned with business forecasts Align production plans with sales, market demand, and inventory targets Lead S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes across units Analyse plant capacity and define optimal production schedules Identify capacity constraints and recommend expansion or load balancing solutions Coordinate raw material and packaging material requirements with Procurement team Maintain optimal inventory levels (FG, RM, WIP) to avoid stockouts or overstocking Work closely with warehouse and logistics to ensure dispatch alignment Ensure demand-supply balancing through accurate forecasting and order analysis Implement and maintain effective planning tools. Lead initiatives for planning automation, lead time reduction, and process improvements Monitor KPIs: OTIF (On-Time In-Full), adherence to plan, production efficiency Lead a team of PPC professionals across units/plants Facilitate daily/weekly production meetings with Manufacturing and Sales. Key Competencies and Qualifications B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
