Overview Working closely with clients and colleagues, the Defined Benefit Sr. QA Analyst plays a key role in the examination of business and functional/ system requirements to ensure the Defined Perk system implementation and maintenance activities meet the established standards of quality as well as reliability, usability and performance. You will be responsible to ensure that the system solution in place reflects clients perks. In addition, you will be responsible to mentor and train junior to intermediate team members. How You'll Make An Impact SME for Technical/Functional issues Mentoring and coaching team members on technical aspects Lead training efforts for the team and actively engage in ongoing development of team/unit/cross tower members Work independently on tasks assigned Demonstrate Module level ownership (Work assigned to self and immediate sub-ordinates) Manage internal stakeholder communication (including Technology & other teams for assigned module) Assist & Manage Offshore/Onshore Interaction and Stakeholder Communication, including Technical/Functional escalati .
