About the role
As an experienced ET Commercial Tech Ops Admin at our company, your primary responsibility will be to drive the ongoing evolution of client commercial (procurement) orchestration capabilities by securing, automating, and governing the enterprise implementation of Zip, the low-code/no-code procurement orchestration platform. Your role will involve ensuring that Zip workflows, integrations, data flows, and configurations meet the highest standards of security, compliance, and operational efficiency. You will be involved in backlog refinement, sprint execution, operational support, and continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on compliance, security, and innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Own platform governance, monitoring, incident management, and application governance/change management for a low-code environment, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability of the platform. - Execute development, deployment, operational activities, and continuous improvement of procurement orchestration tools and platforms. - Support the Product Owner in refining Product Backlog Items, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives. - Estimate, plan, and manage all assigned task efforts, including operational and development tasks, and provide regular progress reports. - Commit to the completion of sprint tasks through incremental delivery, ensuring alignment with sprint goals. - Maintain secure configuration baselines for the Zip tenant; maintaining versioning and approvals for Zip configurations. - Participate in root cause analysis and resolution of technical issues, minimizing downtime and operational impact. - Document controls and participate in compliance assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to procurement technology. - Attend key Agile ceremonies and proactively report risks and issues to the Scrum Master. - Stay ahead of market trends and leverage emerging digital technologies within the procurement orchestration capability to maintain a competitive advantage. Qualifications Required: - 4 to 12 years of experience. - Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant field. If you are the ideal candidate for this position, you should possess the following skills: - Proven experience (2+ years) in technology operations leadership, preferably in procurement, or supply chain domains. - Strong understanding of procurement processes, orchestration platforms, and enterprise technology ecosystems. - Experience with cloud-based solutions, low-code/no-code platforms, API integrations, automation tools, and proficient use of the Jinja templating engine. - Experience implementing workflow governance such as change control processes for workflow edits, and preventative measures for misconfigured workflows. - Proven experience in DevSecOps, DevOps, or related roles, preferably within procurement or enterprise technology environments. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams. - Solid knowledge of security best practices, compliance frameworks, and non-functional requirements. - Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. - Ability to produce accurate work under pressure with frequent deadlines.
