Tech Lead (Manual Testing)

In the role of QA Engineer, you will help ensure our products work flawlessly. You will contribute to our goal of spreading happiness through play. What You'll Do Test mobile & web games and gamerelated features, focusing on UI, UX, Functional, and Exploratory testing. Build and complete detailed test plans, including writing test cases. Conduct regression testing on existing portfolios. Plan and estimate test activities based on release schedules. Gather and evaluate information from various sources such as POs, PMs, QA, and development teams for testing purposes. Manage defects by investigating, reporting, and tracking them to resolution. Perform root cause analysis and handle production incidents. Collaborate closely with development teams and other collaborators. What We're Looking For Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in testing web applications and Client/Server applications. Familiarity with the build and development of test documentation, including test cases and bug reports MUST. Proficiency in SQL MUST. Upperintermediate level of English. Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in any exact sciences from a recognized university or graduation from a reputable QA academy an advantage. Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (SCRUM) an advantage. Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to dive deep into complex problems and find their root causes.
