About the role
As a Business Intelligence/Data Analytics professional, your role at Gameberry Labs will be crucial in leading the analytics function for one of their games. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the analytics function for one of the games. - Working with the engineering team to shape robust data systems with the right instrumentation & visualization capabilities. - Co-owning the business goals & leading data-led problem-solving to find actionable insights across monetization, acquisition, engagement & retention. - Setting up a robust framework for Analysis of A/B tests. - Working with product & business teams to identify high-level requirements/problems and build analytical frameworks & presentations. - Building reports & dashboards that enable a more data-aware organization and reflect the health of different initiatives. - Building & mentoring a team of product analysts. To be successful in this role, Gameberry Labs is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: - 6-10 years of experience; currently leading the Business Intelligence/Data Analytics team. - Demonstrated experience in data modeling, predictive analysis, and expertise in R, SQL, and Python. - Extremely strong analytical orientation/bent of mind and consumer understanding. - Graduate degree, preferably in Engineering / Statistics/ Operational Research/ Computer Science/ Mathematics or equivalent training or work experience. - Experience with Reporting/BI tools.
