Lead User Interface Designer

Role Overview: As a Senior UI Lead at Games2win World, you will collaborate closely with game designers, UX designers, developers, and product teams to translate gameplay systems into elegant, engaging, and player-friendly interfaces. Your primary responsibility will be to create clean, clutter-free, user-centric, trendy, and easy-to-understand user interfaces (UI) for mobile games. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Product Managers and Game Designers to create user-friendly UI for mobile games - Design and produce high-quality UI screens, including menus, HUDs, pop-ups, and more - Create icons, buttons, badges, typography treatments, and visual components in line with the game's art direction - Maintain the UI style guide and design system for consistency - Ensure UI is optimized for multiple mobile resolutions, aspect ratios, and device performance constraints - Prepare and export optimized assets in accordance with technical specifications - Work with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation in Unity - Make design decisions independently and present design concepts effectively - Uphold visual design principles, style guidelines, and creative workflow - Apply mobile UI/UX principles and usability best practices - Collaborate within art direction and brand guidelines while maintaining creative quality - Deliver polished, production-ready assets with attention to detail - Provide and receive constructive criticism to improve quality - Be a team player with a positive attitude and passion for mobile games Qualification Required: - Proficiency in AI tools and platforms for UI design - Background in graphic design/interaction design/HCI related areas - 5-10 years of experience in mobile games/apps - Shipped at least 5 apps/games as a UI Designer/Artist - Strong skills in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools - Familiarity with Unity UI or similar engine workflows - Understanding of layout, typography, iconography, and visual hierarchy - Knowledge of game UI production pipelines and asset optimization - Excellent communication skills - Bachelors degree in graphic arts, interaction design, or equivalent industry experience (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.)
