Quality Analyst (Manual Testing)

Exp: 3-5 yrs Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities : Perform manual testing on web and mobile applications to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards. Design, write, and execute detailed test cases based on functional specifications and user stories. Conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Identify, report, and track defects in defect tracking tools such as JIRA. Collaborate with developers and other team members to resolve issues efficiently. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices and processes. Skills and Qualifications: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in manual testing. Strong communication skills with the ability to present issues and solutions clearly. A consistent career history with no significant employment gaps. Proficiency in SQL for validating database functionality is an advantage. Testing certification, such as ISTQB or similar, is a strong plus. Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). .
