As an analytical, creative, and experienced individual, you have a unique leadership opportunity to impact Gartner's client experience as part of the Global Product Management team. Your mission is to create effortless, customer-centric, habit-forming digital experiences that enable clients to solve their mission-critical priorities. We are seeking an impact-driven, self-motivated problem solver to lead a team of product managers and collaborate with the engineering team, data scientists, and designers to enhance Gartner's customer experience platform. Role Overview: - Lead and mentor a team of product managers responsible for a segment of Gartner's customer experience platform. - Act as the overall product owner and lead a scrum team consisting of product managers, data scientists, engineers, and designers. - Understand customer needs and pain-points through qualitative research and quantitative analysis to identify product opportunities. - Prioritize product opportunities based on impact and alignment with business goals. - Design, build, launch, and evaluate MVPs following lean product principles. - Foster alignment and collaboration with various business and technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Bachelors Degree required; MBA (or equivalent) is a plus. - 8+ years of overall experience, with 4+ years in digital product management, including people management. - Strong knowledge of data science applications; experience leading scrum teams with data scientists is advantageous. - Valued experience in strategy or management consulting. - Proficiency in quantitative data analytics and the ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations. - Familiarity with lean product principles and software development lifecycle. - Outstanding organizational and project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing workloads. - Ability to thrive in a feedback-oriented culture, coach/mentor team members, and cultivate a high-performing team environment.
