About the role
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Network Specialist to join our Enterprise IT Infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and securing global network infrastructure across technologies such as Palo Alto Prisma, SDWAN, Cisco ISE, LAN/WLAN, VPN, and enterprise security platforms. This is a handson individual contributor role with strong ownership and visibility. You will work closely with NOC engineers, crossfunctional IT teams, and leadership to ensure the stability, security, and performance of critical global infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Manage and support enterprise network services including Palo Alto Prisma, SDWAN, Cisco SDA, Firewalls, LAN, WLAN, VPN, DDI (DHCP/DNS), and Cisco ISE. Design, implement, and maintain secure network solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards. Handle critical P1/P2 incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement longterm fixes. Collaborate with L1/L2 NOC teams and crossfunctional teams to resolve incidents within defined timelines. Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention. Use AIdriven monitoring and analytics tools to enhance network performance and security posture. Maintain and manage network infrastructure including SDWAN devices, switches, wireless controllers/access points, Infoblox, Cisco ISE, and WAN devices. Manage hardware, software licenses, and annual maintenance contracts for network services. Perform hardware and software upgrades to ensure network security and compliance. Plan and manage IP address allocation and maintain accurate network documentation. Troubleshoot LAN cabling and WAN connectivity issues. Monitor network infrastructure using tools such as SolarWinds, Cisco DNAC, and Meraki. Support disaster recovery planning and maintain network backup processes. Ensure compliance with information security policies and enterprise standards. Required Skills Handson experience with Palo Alto Prisma and NextGeneration Firewalls Strong knowledge of Cisco SDA and DNA Center Experience managing and supporting SDWAN environments Expertise in Cisco ISE and network access control Good understanding of multivendor firewall management, NAT, VPNs, and security policies Strong LAN/WLAN networking and wireless controller management skills Experience with VPN/IPSec technologies Knowledge of DDI solutions such as Infoblox, DHCP, and DNS Familiarity with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Cisco DNAC, and Meraki Strong routing and switching fundamentals including OSPF, BGP, TCP/IP, and Layer 2/3 troubleshooting Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent 35 years of experience in Network and Security operations Preferred certifications: CCNA, CCNP, PCNSE, CCSE, or ITIL Why Join Us Opportunity to take ownership of enterprise network infrastructure and security High visibility role with direct impact on global operations Exposure to advanced technologies including Palo Alto Prisma, Cisco SDA, and SDWAN Work with modern AIdriven analytics and automation tools Collaborative team environment with strong growth opportunities We are looking for a skilled and proactive Network Specialist to join our Enterprise IT Infrastructure team.
