Lead Python Developer

We are seeking aLead Python Developer to drive architecture, scalability, and technical excellence across our projects. You will lead a team of developers, oversee full-cycle development, and ensure robust, secure, and high-performing software solutions. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and handson development skills. Key Responsibilities Architect, design, and develop large-scale web applications usingPython frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask). Lead the design and implementation ofmicroservicesbased architectures. EnsureAPI performance, scalability, and security across all systems. Guide the team in writing clean, efficient, and testable code. Mentor team members, conduct technical interviews, and drive skill development. Collaborate closely with product owners and business stakeholders for technical planning. Required Skills Expert inPython, backend frameworks (Django/FastAPI), andAPI architecture. Strong understanding ofsystem design, database modeling, andmicroservices. Experience withDocker, Kubernetes, andcloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure). Deep knowledge ofMySQL, PostgreSQL, and caching mechanisms (Redis). Proven experience inperformance optimization, security, andscalable design.
