Salesforce Solution Architect

We are hiring for our client in telecommunication for Salesforce Solution Architect having 13+ years of experience in Salesforce Development and Architecture Experience and Certification in Salesforce Application Architect is Must . This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration, and customization, as well as strong communication skills to collaborate across stakeholders. Job Designation - Salesforce Solution Architect ( IC Role) Mandatory Skills - Salesforce, Salesforce Technical Architect, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ/ Velocity Location - Bengaluru; Noida Salesforce Architect Certification is a must ( Either Level 1 OR Level 2) Key Responsibilities  Solution Design & Architecture o Lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. o Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution blueprints. o Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and enterprise architecture standards.  Implementation & Delivery o Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce applications. o Guide development teams in implementing solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies. o Manage end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring quality and timely execution.  Stakeholder Collaboration o Partner with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to define requirements. o Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on Salesforce capabilities and limitations. o Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language.  Governance & Best Practices o Establish and enforce coding standards, security protocols, and data governance policies. o Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with architectural principles. o Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.  Mentorship & Leadership o Mentor developers, administrators, and junior architects. o Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the Salesforce team. Qualifications  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (master's preferred).  13+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture experience is MUST.  Proven track record of designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions.  Strong expertise in: o Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud. o Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL. o Integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, ETL platforms). o Data modeling, security, and performance optimization.  Salesforce certifications such as: o Salesforce Certified Application Architect  Experience in Salesforce CPQ/Vlocity/OMNIStudio, MuleSoft, DataCloud or AgentForce knowledge is a plus.  Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Salesforce Architect Certification is a must
