Azure SQL DBA

As an Azure SQL DBA at TCS, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: Installation and Configuration of MSSQL Servers. Hands-on experience with monitoring and troubleshooting on SQL Server environments. Experience in High Availability features like AlwaysOn and LogShipping, Mirroring. Experience in Azure SQL and Azure Blob Storage for database backups and restore. Strong experience in backup and restore across On-Prem and Azure PaaS environments. Experience in creating and managing SQL Server Maintenance Jobs (indexing, statistics update). Experience on SQL Server Patching and Smoketest. Exposure to Azure CI/CD pipelines for database deployments across multiple environments (STG, PROD, DR). Good understanding of MSSQL Architecture. Qualifications Required: 5-8 years of experience as an MSSQL Administrator and Azure SQL DBA. Location preference: Bangalore / Kolkata / Hyderabad (WFO). Maximum budget: 20-24 LPA. Kindly note that this position is with TCS and will be moved to direct TCS payroll after 3-6 months, subject to BGV report clearance.
