This role serves as a key partner to Product Owners, Operations, Engineering, and Data Governance teams, helping ensure transaction, position, balance, and tax lot data products are accurate, trusted, governed, and fit for enterprise consumption.\n\n\nThe Data Product Analyst will perform data analysis, reconciliation, impact assessment, data quality investigations, and requirements definition activities that support TBAR's role as the enterprise source for transactions and positions books and records data. We value those who embrace creativity, continuous improvement, and contribute to a culture where we win together and create and share joy in our work.\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n\nData Analysis \u0026 Domain Support\n\n\nAnalyze transaction, position, balance, and tax lot data across TBAR, BETA, and downstream consumer platforms.\n\n\nSupport the definition and evolution of TBAR data products, business rules, and data standards.\n\n\nPerform data profiling, reconciliation, root-cause analysis, and impact assessments.\n\n\nIdentify data quality issues, lineage gaps, and inconsistencies impacting downstream consumers.\n\n\nData Quality \u0026 Governance\n\n\nSupport monitoring and remediation of data quality, reconciliation, and operational exceptions.\n\n\nAssist in defining critical data elements (CDEs), data quality rules, and governance controls.\n\n\nMaintain business metadata, data definitions, lineage documentation, and data dictionaries.\n\n\nPartner with Data Governance teams to support stewardship and certification activities.\n\n\nProduct Delivery \u0026 Requirements Support\n\n\nTranslate business and operational needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\n\n\nSupport backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and release activities.\n\n\nCollaborate with Product Owners and Engineering teams to validate requirements and solution outcomes.\n\n\nConduct impact analysis for data model changes, API enhancements, and new data source onboarding.\n\n\nStakeholder Collaboration\n\n\nPartner with Operations, Finance, Trading, Compliance, Architecture, and Technology teams.\n\n\nCommunicate findings, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to stakeholders.\n\n\nSupport adoption and understanding of TBAR data products across the organization.\n\n\n\n\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n\nBachelors degree in information systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.\n\n\n5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Data Product Management, Data Governance, or related roles.\n\n\nStrong SQL skills and experience performing complex data analysis and reconciliation.\n\n\nExperience working with transaction, position, holdings, balance, or operational financial data.\n\n\nUnderstanding of data quality, lineage, governance, and metadata management concepts.\n\n\nExperience working in Agile delivery environments and partnering with cross-functional teams.\n\n\nCore Competencies:\n\n\nTransaction and position data lifecycle\n\n\nBooks and records concepts and recordkeeping platforms\n\n\nData quality, reconciliation, and exception management\n\n\nData lineage, metadata, and governance practices\n\n\nAPIs, data feeds, and enterprise data platforms\n\n\nWealth Management, Brokerage Operations, or Financial Services data environments\n\n\nPreferences:\n\n\nExperience supporting BETA, TBAR, or similar transactions and recordkeeping platforms.\n\n\nExperience with financial operations, reconciliation, supervision, performance reporting, or regulatory .
