Job Description Summary Candidate is responsible for Welder/Forming/AMF Fixture check operator for all types welding /Forming operations and produce defect free parts with continual improvement of overall welding productivity. Job Description Site Overview: Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only India’s defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape India’s aerospace ecosystem. Role Overview: Comply with EHS & Quality System regulations and policies. Welding of tubes, air manifolds and sheet metal parts. Welding of stainless steel, Inconel material. Repair of defective stainless steel and Inconel castings. Welding and fabrication by using TIG and Orbital welding processes. Assembly of welded products. Ability to read, understand, analyse, and interpret drawings, manuals, SOP, MOS and other material to determine finish product. Experience on metal forming process with 2+ years’ experience required. Hands on experience on Press machine both Hydraulic & Mechanical (Hydro form preferred). Should have knowledge on 2D drawing and GD&T. Responsible for shift output with High integrity of Safety and Quality Willing to work in Shifts and align with organisation policies. Knowledge in welding machines usage and their accessories like welding positioners, Bevellers, Rollers, 3D welding tables, etc. The Ideal Candidate: Candidates with Min 2 years of experience in Fabrication and Welding of Air Manifolds and sheet metal parts. Knowledge on special process alloy application and airflow Required Qualifications: Diploma with minimum 2.0+ years of experience in welding and fabrication. Shall be certified in welding process as per AWS D17.1 in 6G position with II A & III B materials. Preferred Qualifications: Shall have experience to produce X ray quality Class B weld joints, with SS 321 & Inconel 625 material.
