Job Description Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where the intern will support production, process improvement, quality, and operational efficiency initiatives. Job Description Key Responsibilities Assist with daily manufacturing and production activities Support process improvement and efficiency projects Help collect and analyze production data Participate in troubleshooting manufacturing issues Assist in maintaining safety, quality, and operational standards Support documentation of work instructions and standard operating procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and quality Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean or 5S programs
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management , or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Interest in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement Ability to work in a hands-on industrial environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S principles Laboratory experience in manufacturing or operations Basic knowledge of production processes and quality systems
