Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React JS. - Build reusable UI components and implement efficient state management using React Hooks, Context API, or Redux. - Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services. - Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL Server database objects, including tables, views, stored procedures, functions, and triggers. - Write complex SQL queries and perform query tuning to ensure optimal database performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve application, API, and database-related issues across development, testing, and production environments. - Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and defect resolution activities. - Support application deployments, release management, and post-production validation activities. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. - Work within Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer materials. Required Skills: - 35 years of experience in Full Stack or Web Application Development. - Strong hands-on experience with React JS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design. - Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API. - Proficiency in consuming and integrating RESTful APIs. - Solid expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, stored procedures, views, functions, triggers, and query optimization. - Experience in writing complex SQL queries and performance tuning. - Familiarity with source control tools such as Git and Azure DevOps. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
