Lead Data Scientist

You are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLM), Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in data science and a proven track record of leading projects from conception to deployment. As a key member of advance analytics, you will create & assist in the development of insights products for corporate clients and in-house product. Key Responsibilities: - Team Management - Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced ML models and algorithms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions. - Mentor and guide junior data scientists in best practices and methodologies. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLM, and NLP technologies. - Create ML models and advance algorithms to identify and flag risky transactions & card members. - Work on new innovative Generative AI based solutions to enhance user experience of our digital products and increase productivity of the team. - Gain expertise on data understanding and tables to maximize their usage in insight products. - Deploy models in enterprise tools and monitor their performance over time. - Work with product, UX, and tech team to deliver product in an agile framework. - Conceptualize, develop, and prototype new insights products/product/feature enhancements for travel optimization. Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in data science or a related field. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R Programming, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLM, Prompt Engineering - Azure, AWS - SQL, MongoDB. - Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks. - Experience with NLP techniques and tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
