Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional technology and people leader to head our India IT function. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capability, who can build high-performing teams, deliver enterprise-grade systems, and align technology initiatives with global business objectives.
The ideal candidate combines technical credibility, operational discipline, and inspirational leadership to drive innovation, transformation, and service excellence.

Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT projects and programs
Establish strong governance, reporting, and KPI frameworks
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of systems
People & Culture Leadership
Build, mentor, and scale high-performing IT teams
Foster accountability, ownership, and collaboration
Drive performance management and capability development
Establish a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Act as a bridge between global and India teams
Stakeholder Management
Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into technology solutions
Communicate effectively with global executives
Provide strategic advisory to leadership on technology investments
Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
15–18+ years of experience in IT leadership roles
Proven experience managing teams of 100+ professionals
Strong background in enterprise applications, cloud (Azure preferred), integrations, and data platforms
Experience in global delivery models
Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, TOGAF, Agile)
Demonstrated experience driving digital transformation initiatives
