About the role
Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Requirements Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code following Salesforce best practices. Build custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) and enhance existing components with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability. Develop and customize applications within Salesforce Health Cloud. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Apex and JavaScript code to ensure system stability and high performance. Collaborate closely with administrators, architects, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions. Conduct and participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards and best practices. Design, implement, and manage integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs. Maintain clear version control and documentation through source control tools. Stay informed about the latest Salesforce releases, features, and enhancements, and apply them to improve solutions. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Health Cloud. Strong command of Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Salesforce APIs. Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Experience with Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader. Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration best practices, including Apex classes, test classes, triggers, workflows, and deployment processes. Salesforce Developer Certification preferred.
