Were hiring a Senior Product Lead to own the Australia launch of a standalone product layer for a crypto exchange platform. This role leads end-to-end product strategy, delivery and stakeholder alignment for a new Australia-focused product team working alongside an existing engineering team. Key Responsibilities Own product strategy and roadmap for the Australia launch; define priorities and success metrics.Translate market, regulatory and customer requirements into clear product scope for Australia-specific features.Drive full product lifecycle from discovery through planning, delivery and launch.Partner closely with engineering, design and business teams to deliver remaining product capabilities on the shared platform.Introduce and mature product discipline: planning, prioritization, documentation, delivery cadence and stakeholder communication.Lead cross-functional execution and coordinate dependencies across teams.Support GTM planning: launch readiness, positioning and launch communications with business stakeholders.Mentor and upskill junior Product Managers; establish repeatable product processes and best practices. Must-Have 1016 years product experience (11+ preferred); senior enough to influence engineering and business leaders.Proven experience owning end-to-end product launches and delivering 01 or major releases.Strong product strategy, roadmap definition and delivery track record.Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.Comfortable driving alignment without formal authority and introducing process where missing.Agile product management experience. Nice-to-Have Background in FinTech, Crypto, trading platforms or payments.Experience in consulting + product environments (consulting background followed by product roles).GTM or launch communications experience.Experience launching products across multiple markets.
