About the role
As a seasoned Business Intelligence Engineer with 5-10 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and implementation of the next-generation data ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include bridging the gap between raw data and business strategy by building robust data pipelines, interactive visualizations, and low-code applications. The ideal candidate is a 'Data Polyglot' who is equally comfortable writing Python scripts, optimizing Snowflake warehouses, and building Power Apps to streamline business workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale dashboards in Power BI for end-to-end analytics. - Build scalable data pipelines and transformation layers using Databricks, Snowflake, and the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem for data engineering and architecture. - Utilize the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) to automate manual data entry and business processes for workflow automation. - Write production-grade Python for data manipulation, analysis, and integrating Copilot features to enhance user productivity for advanced analytics. - Perform expert-level SQL tuning to ensure high performance across large-scale datasets for optimization. - Establish best practices for data modeling, security, and documentation within the Fabric/Lakehouse environment for governance and strategy. - Utilize Power BI with expert proficiency, specifically utilizing DAX and Power Query for complex data modeling. - Gain hands-on experience with major cloud platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric. - Demonstrate mastery of advanced SQL techniques including window functions and Common Table Expressions (CTEs). - Apply deep knowledge of Pandas and PySpark for data manipulation and big data processing. - Fully master the Power Platform, including building custom solutions with Power Apps and automating logic with Power Automate. - Gain practical experience using Microsoft Copilot to accelerate development in DAX, SQL, or general workflow automation.
