Responsibilities: Participate in the design and architecture of application solutions to business requirements with the intent of understanding and providing inputs as required. Drive application software, product development and delivery on multiple projects in parallel. Ensure adherence to organization process guidelines and tailor the process to ensure Program/Project objectives are met. Continuous RCA using scientific methodologies to arrive at action items leading to continuous improvement within all aspects of the project/program. Ensure projects are executed on time, budget, on schedule and with high quality. • Take full ownership of projects/products from development to production. Lead and manage teams of 50+ engineers across development, testing, business analysis, UI/UX and release management and be responsible for their career growth and training needs. • Collaborate with solution architect and functional consultant to ensure appropriate alignment to technology framework and customer requirements. • Maintain an ongoing awareness of emerging developments and trends in technology that could impact current projects and influence new projects. Ensure project reporting and keep all stakeholder informed about Project Risks Soft Skills: (Mandatory) Engage with client and vendors and mange relationships effectively.
