Role Overview: India is among the top ten priority markets for General Mills, and hosts the Global Shared Services Centre supporting operations worldwide. With over 1,300 employees in Mumbai, General Mills is seeking an experienced Sr D&T Analyst Supply Chain to support digital transformation initiatives within Supply Chain Sourcing operations. The role focuses on enabling scalable technology solutions, improving sourcing processes, and driving operational efficiency across Supply Chain applications. Key Responsibilities: - Drive Run, Operate & Transform initiatives across Supply Chain Sourcing systems and applications. - Serve as a techno-functional SME for Supply Chain and Sourcing technology platforms. - Partner with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of sourcing tools and enterprise applications. - Collaborate with D&T architects to identify process gaps and establish best practices across sourcing technologies. - Work on cloud, SAAS, reporting, and integration-based solutions supporting Supply Chain operations. - Translate business requirements into technical documentation and communicate across development lifecycle. - Support Agile POD delivery and continuous improvement initiatives. - Provide rotational support for critical business applications aligned with US business hours. Qualification Required: - 10+ years of experience in web-based, SAAS, or enterprise application delivery. - 8+ years of experience as a techno-functional analyst supporting IT/software solutions. - Strong expertise in SQL & Data Analysis, Supply Chain/Sourcing processes, SAAS/Web technologies, GCP BigQuery & Data Warehousing, Python & REST APIs, Agile delivery using Azure DevOps. - Strong functional knowledge of Supply Chain and Sourcing operations within CPG/FMCG industry. - Experience working with sourcing platforms such as SAP, Coupa, TriplePoint, Palantir, or similar technologies. - Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Experience leading technical projects or collaborating with cross-functional global teams.
