Role Overview: You are a Senior Software Developer who excels in constructing high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems. Your expertise lies in event-driven architectures, asynchronous processing, real-time communication systems, and scalable backend services. Your primary responsibility involves designing and scaling mission-critical applications to ensure reliability, performance, and extensibility. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems. - Build and maintain event-driven architectures using asynchronous messaging patterns. - Develop services utilizing messaging platforms like Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS. - Construct real-time communication systems through WebSockets, Server-Sent Events (SSE), and streaming APIs. - Design and optimize high-performance REST/gRPC APIs. - Enhance throughput, latency, concurrency, and system scalability. - Implement resiliency patterns such as retries, idempotency, and backpressure handling. - Participate in system design discussions and architectural decisions. - Mentor developers and contribute to engineering best practices. Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in Java, Node.js, Go, or Python - Proficiency in Distributed Systems, Kafka, Event-Driven Architecture, Asynchronous Processing, WebSockets, SSE, Real-Time Systems, Microservices Architecture, Redis, RabbitMQ, SQS, Concurrency & Parallelism, SQL & NoSQL Databases, System Design & Performance Optimization.
