Senior Performance Test Architect

We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Test Architect who can define strategy and actively build and execute.

This isn’t a pure oversight role — you’ll be designing performance frameworks, running tests, and working closely with engineering teams to solve real scalability challenges.

What you’ll do

• • Own and drive the performance testing strategy across distributed systems

• • Design and implement scalable test frameworks (k6(preferred), JMeter, ...)

• • Embed performance testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

• • Build observability using the Grafana stack (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo)

• • Analyse results, identify bottlenecks, and lead performance tuning efforts

• • Define SLIs/SLOs and ensure systems meet reliability targets

What we’re looking for

• • Proven experience as a Performance Architect who still codes and tests

• • Strong background in cloud-native environments (Kubernetes, Docker)

• • Solid scripting skills (JavaScript, Python, or Java)

• • Deep understanding of system behaviour under load

• • Experience with OpenTelemetry and modern observability practices
