What you will be doing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address CRM and sales operations challenges Communicate effectively to resolve technical issues internally and externally Provide custom solutions tailored to specific business requirements Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs promptly Develop and manage processes to ensure continuous monitoring of data quality and security Implement various Salesforce components such as Triggers, Classes, Visualforce Pages, etc., to address business needs Build integrations and interfaces using SFDC Web Services to enhance system functionality Thoroughly test application functionality to ensure reliability Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential Hands-on experience with Salesforce development is a requirement Admin and Platform Developer Certification preferred, but not mandatory Qualification Hands-on experience with Visualforce, Apex, LWC, JavaScript, and other Lightning platform capabilities In-depth knowledge of Salesforce declarative and programmatic features Experience using Data Loader, Workbench, and other tools Familiarity with Salesforce development best practices Experience in Integration and Web Services Proficiency in designing Reports and Dashboards Ability to write SOQL and SOSL queries Understanding of Salesforce security model Proficiency in Sales and Service Cloud Perks of joining Genetrix Fun-loving company culture fostering employee well-being Commitment to supporting financial growth of employees Emphasis on fostering intellectual growth among team members Mutual care and support between the company and its employees
