Founding AI Engineering Lead

Role Overview: GeniWay Technologies is seeking a Founding AI Engineering Lead, CTO Track to join their team and lead the engineering of their AI-powered personalized learning platform. Qualifications Required: - Strong hands-on experience in building and operating AI-powered products in production. - Deep practical understanding of AI application architecture, behavior, and structured outputs. - Experience with agentic or multi-step AI workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, and knowledge systems. - Ability to evaluate AI quality systematically and lead full-stack product engineering. - Strong Python, backend, API, database, and system-design capabilities. - Experience in personalization, recommendation, adaptive-learning, tutoring, or conversational-AI products. - Interest in learning science, education, and student outcomes.
