Execute slip production, formulation, batching & QC. Maintain supply to casting. Documentation & reporting. Implement 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma & IMS. Coordinate with lab, stores & maintenance. Train operators.. Required Candidate profile B.E./B.Tech Ceramic Technology with 4–7 yrs experience in Ceramic Sanitaryware Slip House operations. Skilled in Slip Process, Batching, QC, SAP, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen & SPC.
