Power Bi Developer

Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to support the Finance departments, within the healthcare payor space. Build robust data models within Power BI, ensuring optimal performance and usability. Write and optimize complex DAX expressions for KPIs, measures and calculated columns. Integrate and transform data from diverse source systems (cloud platforms, databases, APIs, flat files, etc.). Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable insights for financial planning, reporting, and strategy solutions. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance in all reporting assets. Participate in solution architecture discussions and contribute to best practices in BI development. Document technical solutions and provide end-user training when needed. Mentor and guide team fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning and identify inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend data-driven solutions to improve efficiency.
