Technical Product Manager

Job Title: Senior Product Manager Location: PAN India (Remote) Shift Timings: 8:00 PM 5:00 AM IST (Night Shift) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of customer-focused technology products. The ideal candidate will have strong product management experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions. You will work closely with engineering, customers, business stakeholders, and leadership to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and successfully launch new products and features. Key Responsibilities Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement. Gather customer feedback and translate business requirements into product features. Partner with Engineering, UX, Operations, Sales, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products. Prioritize product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics, driving continuous improvements. Create launch plans, release goals, and adoption strategies. Present product updates, roadmap, and business cases to senior leadership. Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment. Drive innovation and champion customer-centric product development. Build, mentor, and manage Product Managers and Product Support professionals. Define product metrics and measure the success of product releases. Required Skills 6+ years of Product Management experience. Minimum 3+ years as a Senior Product Manager or Product Manager in a leadership role. Strong experience managing software/SaaS products. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Expertise in product roadmap planning and backlog prioritization. Experience working with engineering and technology teams. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Proven experience launching successful products. Strong presentation and leadership skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline. Experience working with global teams and customers. Exposure to Product Analytics, Customer Experience, and Product Metrics.
