Shift EngineerLocation:JamnagarJob Purpose The incumbent in this job role will be responsible for implementing initiatives in areas including, but not limited to, Organization Management and System Solutions across the designated area of Solar PV Business. Role & Responsibilities:Develop and implement maintenance strategies to support production goals and minimize downtime.Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment and facilities.Lead a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, providing guidance, training, and performance management.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities.Coordinate with production and engineering teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and support continuous improvement initiatives.Monitor equipment performance, analyze failures, and implement corrective actions to enhance reliability.Manage maintenance budgets, control expenditures, and optimize resource allocation.Implement and maintain maintenance documentation, records, and reports.Key Skills and Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, MinitabKnowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001 standardsFamiliarity with Six Sigma, QC Tools, Kaizen, Statistical Process Control, TPM (added advantage) Shift EngineerLocation:JamnagarJob Purpose The incumbent in this job role will be responsible for implementing initiatives in areas including, but not limited to, Organization Management and System Solutions across the designated area of Solar PV Business.
