About the job: We are looking for a technically sound and proactive technical support engineer to manage system configuration, provide backend support to field teams, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. The role requires strong technical aptitude, communication skills, and working knowledge of Excel and IT tools. Key Responsibilities: 1. Configure and program wireless data modems for IoT devices 2. Provide NOC-based technical support to field engineering teams 3. Handle system provisioning and updates in ERP systems 4. Generate and maintain MIS reports using Excel 5. Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of devices and systems 6. Resolve technical queries and support tickets within defined TAT 7. Conduct technical training sessions for internal teams and field staff 8.
