Quality Engineer

Job Title- Junior Engineer Quality Assurance (Inward Quality Inspection) Location- Khed shivapur Pune, Maharashtra Experience Required- 1 to 8 Years Qualification-B.E. Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) Salary22,000 25,000 Gross per Month to 50000 (Depends on Interview Performance and Technical Skills) Key Responsibilities Perform inward quality inspection of machined components. Verify dimensions and specifications as per engineering drawings. Use gauges, Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring instruments. Interpret and understand GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) requirements. Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records. Review and follow Control Plans and inspection procedures. Identify and report non-conforming materials. Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding quality issues. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures. Maintain proper documentation and traceability of inspected components. Required Skills Knowledge of machined component inspection. Proficiency in using measuring instruments and gauges. Good understanding of engineering drawings. Knowledge of GD&T concepts. Experience in preparing inspection reports. Understanding of Control Plans and quality documentation. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Basic computer knowledge for report preparation.
