Senior QA Engineer (AI-First | Full-Stack Quality)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer who thinks beyond traditional testing — someone who can build quality systems, not just validate them. This role is for an engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, embraces an AI-first approach, and takes ownership of quality across the entire development lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• • Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright / Selenium

• • Write high-quality, maintainable code in Python / JavaScript / TypeScript

• • Build AI-driven testing solutions (test generation, flaky test detection, failure analysis, etc.)

• • Integrate testing deeply into CI/CD pipelines for fast feedback and rapid releases

• • Take ownership of end-to-end quality — from requirement analysis to production validation

• • Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure shift-left quality

• • Identify bottlenecks and continuously optimize test execution time and reliability

• • Contribute to building internal tools, frameworks, and platforms

• • Drive test architecture decisions, not just test cases

What We’re Looking For

• Core Engineering Skills

• • Strong programming expertise in Java / Python / JavaScript / TypeScript

• • Hands-on experience with Playwright or Selenium or cypress

• • Solid understanding of API testing, UI automation, and system design

• • Experience with CI/CD tools and automation pipelines

• • Comfortable writing production-grade code

• • Ability to create frameworks, tools, and reusable components

• AI-First Mindset

• • Exposure to or strong interest in applying AI/ML in testing

• • Ability to leverage AI tools for:

• • Intelligent reporting

• • Curious and experimental with emerging AI capabilities
