The platform is designed for the next generation of tech deals in the AI space. Role Description The Vice President of Engineering is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for leading the engineering organization, setting technical direction, and ensuring high-quality delivery of the GetAcqui.com platform and related services. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing engineering teams, overseeing software development cycles, collaborating with product and business leaders on roadmap priorities, and driving scalable, secure architecture decisions. The Vice President of Engineering will establish best practices for engineering operations, mentor leaders and individual contributors, and implement processes that support rapid iteration while maintaining reliability. This role also involves resource planning, vendor and tooling selection, and fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
