Job Description Job Title: Technical Architect Frontend (React JS) Location: Chennai / Tirunelveli Experience: 10+ years Mandatory Skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, NextJS, Redux, MobX, Context API, Jest, Mocha Job Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Hybrid / On-site Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days Interview Mode: Online + Face-to-Face (Final round @ Chennai / Tirunelveli) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect (Frontend ReactJS) to join our growing team , a global MNC with a strong presence across the USA, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and India. In this role, you will lead the architectural design and development of scalable and high-performance React-based applications , driving innovation and ensuring best practices in frontend engineering. You will act as a mentor and technical leader, ensuring projects meet high standards of performance, maintainability, and user experience . Key Responsibilities Architecture & Technical Leadership Lead architectural design and development of scalable, high-performance React applications. Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines . Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams. Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Partner with UX/UI designers to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences. Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation . Innovation & Continuous Improvement Stay up-to-date with latest industry trends and technologies in frontend development. Drive adoption of modern frameworks, tools, and best practices. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security . Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design patterns . Required Skills & Experience Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master s degree is a plus). Experience: 10+ years in software development with strong expertise in frontend technologies . Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role in complex React-based projects . Strong hands-on experience with: Languages & Frameworks: ReactJS, NextJS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 State Management: Redux, MobX, Context API Testing Tools: Jest, Mocha, Cypress Build & Package Tools: Webpack, Babel, npm, Yarn Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies . Familiarity with server-side technologies (Node.js, Express) is a plus. Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello). Certifications in frontend technologies or cloud platforms are an advantage. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience in enterprise-scale applications . Prior exposure to global client environments and distributed teams. Ability to lead and mentor teams of frontend engineers.
