Team Lead - Automotive Power Electronics

Role Description Strong foundation in power electronics, including design of DC-DC converters, inverters, motor drives, and related control circuits. Proficiency in circuit design and simulation tools (such as MATLAB/Simulink, PSIM, PSpice, LTspice, or similar), and familiarity with PCB design workflows. Experience with automotive standards and practices, including EMI/EMC considerations, functional safety (ISO 26262), WCCA, DFMEA and reliability engineering. Hands-on experience with testing and validation of power electronic hardware, using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and load banks. Demonstrated capability in leading engineering teams, managing tasks and timelines, and conducting technical reviews. Prior experience in automotive domains is must have.
