About the role
Roles and Responsibilities : - Provide technical support for Windows Server environments, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to virtualization, storage area networks (SAN), and Commvault backup solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain complex IT infrastructure projects involving Hyper-V clusters, SANs, and other technologies. - Develop and maintain documentation of technical procedures, configurations, and best practices for Windows Server systems. - Troubleshoot complex problems using various tools such as Wireshark, Network Monitoring software etc. Job Requirements : - 6-10 years of experience in a similar role supporting Windows Server environments. - Solid understanding of virtualization technologies like VMware vSphere or Hyper-V. - Experience with Storage Area Network (SAN) implementation and management using products like NetApp or HP P2P.
