Full Stack Programmer Java

Role Overview: As a Full Stack Programmer (Java) at our company, you will play a crucial role in crafting, developing, testing, launching, and maintaining business management web applications for top-class enterprises in multiple countries. Your passion for understanding the business context will drive better customer experience and adoption. Key Responsibilities: - Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) from analysis to deployment. - Compliance with coding standards and technical design. - Belief in a systematic approach to development through transparent documentation (flowcharts, layouts, etc.), addressing every use case with creative solutions. - Adoption of structured coding styles for easy review, testing, and maintainability of the code. - Integration of developed functionality/components into a fully functional system. - Ensuring unit and integration level verification plans are in place and maintaining high code quality at all times. - Active participation in troubleshooting, debugging, and updating the current live system. - Verification of user feedback to enhance system security and usability. - Collaborating closely with analysts, designers, and other developers. - Preparation of technical training documents for onboarding new engineers. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience. - 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer or in a relevant role; exceptional freshers are also welcome. - Possession of an "I can do" and "We can do" attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit. - Understanding of OOPS concepts and proficiency in data structures and algorithms. - Competence in developing web applications using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery. - Proficiency in Java programming language including Collections and Hibernate. - Hands-on experience with SQL databases and Functions.
