C ollaborate cross-functionally (Web, API, Design, Data ...) to gain a deep understanding of our product, users, and what needs to be prioritised to keep Unsplash thriving
Develop, pitch and deliver product ideas and improvements that are aligned to business needs
Promote a culture of ownership, accountability and high standards
Maintain and evolve our front-end platform, ensuring it meets the availability/performance needs of our users, and is optimised for fast and frictionless development
Support team members in their growth and development, empowering them to achieve their career goals and deliver exceptional work
Use data to drive decisions, insights and continuous improvement
