GForce Consulting Solutions is looking for Power Builder Developer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Application Development: Creating and developing software applications using PowerBuilder This involves designing user interfaces, implementing business logic, and integrating with databases GUI Design: Designing user-friendly graphical user interfaces (GUIs) for applications using PowerBuilder's interface design tools Database Integration: Integrating applications with various databases (like SQL Server, Oracle, or others) by writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and managing data connectivity within PowerBuilder Coding and Scripting: Writing code using PowerScript, the proprietary scripting language of PowerBuilder, to implement functionalities, handle events, and manipulate data Application Maintenance: Performing maintenance tasks, bug fixing, and updates to existing applications built with PowerBuilder Performance Optimization: Optimizing application performance by refining code, improving database interactions, and enhancing system efficiency Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identifying and resolving issues by debugging code, analyzing errors, and ensuring the smooth operation of applications Documentation: Creating technical documentation, including design specifications, coding guidelines, and user manuals for applications developed in PowerBuilder Testing: Conducting testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability, functionality, and usability of applications Adaptability: Staying updated with the latest features and versions of PowerBuilder, as well as adapting to new development methodologies and technologies
